Artist’s Notes:
The arms and the head of the angel are thrown up towards heaven. The body is leaning toward the side of the body that is uplifted. It is as if the whole body is moved toward heaven. The halo is textured to emphasize that aspect, that of godliness. I find it to be a peaceful and spiritual representation.
