Artist’s Notes:
My aunt in Chicago, where I was born, has four kids. They are all grown up and married. One daughter has six kids and those kids, being my cousins, asked if I had a sculpture they could give to their parents for an upcoming anniversary. I have a piece called Embrace. I wrapped six children around this piece and it became their gift and mine.
