Artist’s Notes:
The word "steppin" is slang of course for stepping. It also implies a greater urgency. It speaks of those who are not content to stand still, they are moving up. Up means higher, steppin' it up is higher still! Each of us needs to put "Steppin' Up" into our everyday actions to insure that in the work place we are giving our best every day in every way.
